Our young barley leaf powder is produced from carefully cultivated barley leaves grown in Kyushu, Japan.
The whole leaves are gently dried, sterilized, and ultra-finely milled to preserve their natural nutrients, vibrant green color, and characteristic flavor.
Because the entire leaf is finely milled, the powder naturally contains dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals found in the plant. The ultra-fine particle size also improves dispersibility and usability in various food and beverage applications.
