The leaves are carefully dried, sterilized, and ultra-finely milled to preserve their natural nutrients, color, and flavor.
Often referred to as the “king of vegetables,” kale is known for its rich nutritional profile and balanced composition. It naturally contains beta-carotene, vitamins, protein, calcium, iron, sodium, and potassium, making it suitable for a variety of health-focused food and beverage applications.
